bringthemhell.life sells exclusively digital products — including sample packs, drum kits, and downloadable audio files. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.

Right of Withdrawal — EU/EEA Customers

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content where:

  • Delivery has begun with the customer's prior express consent, and
  • The customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download has started.

By completing your purchase on our store, you confirm that:

  1. You consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  2. You acknowledge and accept that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link is made available to you.

This waiver is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or unplayable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged but never received a download link (contact us within 7 days of purchase).

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your DAW or software (please check file formats before purchasing)
  • Accidental purchases (please review your cart before checkout)

File Formats & Compatibility

Our products are delivered as downloadable files (e.g., .zip, .wav, .mid). It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your software before purchasing. Product pages include format information and demo previews via YouTube.
